Both of the nationally recognized credit agencies, Standard & Poor’s and Moody’s, have issued solid financial ratings for Woodbridge.
In early 2010, S&P issued Woodbridge an AA- rating, while in April, Moody’s upgraded its Woodbridge Township rating to Aa2 – both financial institutions commented that the Woodbridge economy and business climate is “stable and diverse.” S&P noted that Woodbridge stands as positive investment community with a “diverse tax base with strong wealth and income levels and low debt burden.” As a result of the excellent financial ratings, many more national and international corporations are making inquiry regarding business opportunities in Woodbridge.
